使用方法/How to use:
- 每日2-3次，涂抹在瘀伤或受撞部位，轻柔按摩至吸收 Apply 2–3 times daily to bruised or impacted areas, massaging gently until absorbed
- 初期不适可冰敷后再使用此油 For initial discomfort, cold compress the area first before applying the oil
- 外用勿口服，避免接触开放性伤口 For external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with open wounds
